Public Offer Agreement
This document constitutes the official Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") in accordance with Articles 1113 et seq. of the French Civil Code and other applicable French laws. By accepting this Agreement, the Client (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") confirms their consent to the terms outlined herein.

3. Offer Validity
3.1. This Offer is valid from the moment it is published on the Seller's official website or communicated through other channels and remains effective until it is withdrawn by the Seller.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this Offer unilaterally.
4. Acceptance of the Offer
4.1. The Customer accepts this Offer by placing an order and making full or partial payment for goods or services.
4.2. Acceptance signifies the Customer's full and unconditional agreement to the terms of this Agreement.

10. Seller Obligations

11. Liability
11.1. The Seller is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of goods or services.
